Our Story
The partnership began with the founding of Infoleven, a “two-men show” IT services company. Georgi was responsible for gathering requirements, programming and delivering custom software, while Boyko traveled across DACH, building alliances.
Our volume grew rather quickly and within the second year our team reached over 30 people. During our third and fourth year we faced some real challenges – rapid drop in revenues, team attrition and almost going out of business twice.
This put tons of pressure on our shoulders and pushed us to change our paradigm of life, business and the world. Self-managed teams, trust, company values and culture were started from scratch and became the pillars of “how we do things around here”. The entire team worked together to create a system that empowered everyone to take ownership and contribute to the company success. During the years to come our revenues and profitability grew manyfold – building proprietary ERP systems, marketplaces and other innovations alongside stellar companies. The evolution, the good results and the evident synergies made our next step logical – we joined the family of StangaONE group.
We leverage our network, financial understanding and excitement for technical innovation to help our partners with their challenges in leadership, technology and business development.
Our investment portfolio consists of bonds and stocks of public companies as well as shares in promising start-ups.
